Food and beverage options are event dependent. Please contact the show manager for the show you will be at.
If you are an exhibitor during one of our in-house events, please contact the show manager Jane Polsky at jpolsky@florencecenter.com. If you are an exhibitor during a private event, please contact your event manager for the event you are attending.
Booth sizes are standard 10x10.

The vendor fees are different per show. Once you have been accepted into the show our show manager will send you an invoice for the vendor fee. This can be paid online.
A layout as well as all information you will need to know for the show will be sent to you in a timely manner before the event dates.
We try to limit the same type of vendors for each show. The number of vendors are different for each show.
You can move the paid fee to next year’s show. Refunds are decided on per vendor reasoning and timing.
Priority Vendors (those who were in the show the previous year) will receive a $50 discount. Also, if you purchase extra booths, you will get a $50 discount per booth.

You will receive a phone call plus an email and an invoice will be sent with the vendor fee.

Samples should not be bigger than an ounce and ½. All food and beverage products need to be prepackaged and sealed. Under SC state law under no circumstances should alcohol be served or sampled.
Yes, we have an in house marketing manager that advertises for all of our in-house shows. Our marketing manager will try to make sure all of our vendors are spotlighted on our social media.
