Yes, we do. For ticketed events we offer free services such as our marquee, interior digital signage, flyers at the front desk, and social media. We also offer paid advertising where we will place advertisements for you for a fee.
The Florence Center staff and a local law enforcement agency will provide security for all events. We also will provide trained personnel to assist with Security, Ticket Takers, Ushers etc. for events. Be sure to discuss security needs with your event manager to ensure your pricing estimate is accurate.
No, we do not allow outside food or beverage inside the building. Savor… is our exclusive catering partner. Our Food and Beverage Department is prepared to offer the finest quality products and services for all functions. Concessions are also available via a cashless food and beverage system.
Yes, we have a free wifi that event attendees can use. We also have upgraded internet for a fee for events that need stronger internet.

ParkingOnly certified service animals are permitted in the facility, all others must be approved by management
The restrictions are as follow:
Open flames are not permitted
No banners, flags, or signs can be taped, stapled, nailed or attached to any walls or doors.
Balloons must be anchored
No vehicles allowed in carpet areas
No cooking inside or outside
All electrical connections shall comply with current codes
Do not obstruct exit doors or stairs
Vehicles on display for event MUST disconnect battery, empty gas tank and lock it.

No open carry. No firearms of any kind allowed except uniformed officers working an event. The Florence Center does not allow concealable weapons. Any off-duty officer attending an event must sign in prior to entering.
